RIB 23-014 Extensions for Taxpayers Affected by Severe Weather and Power Outages in North Louisiana

Due to the Gubernatorial Emergency Declaration issued for the power outages that occurred between June 14 – June 16, 2023, the Caddo-Shreveport Sales and Use Tax Commission has granted an extension from the due date for May 2023 Sales & Use Tax and Hotel Motel / Occupancy Tax. The due date has been extended from June 20, 2023 to July 20, 2023. Please see the document below for complete details.
