Betty Jo Bourgeois is the Administrator of the Rapides Parish Sales & Use Tax Department. She has 22 years of experience in the collection of local sales and use taxes, occupational license and insurance premium taxes, and occupancy taxes.
Mrs. Bourgeois graduated from Louisiana State University at Alexandria with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2022. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Association of Tax Administrators, as well as the Legislative and TRIALS committees.
